It's Tuesday afternoon and the sun is shining through the back windows and into the office I share with Tash, Nikki and Katie. Mikey Harris, Atid madrich and soon-to-be movement workers is meeting with Tash whilst Nikki's in the meeting room with some of the shorashim tzevet.

It's day 6 of Israel Tour today and the updates are up already - we've been in touch with the tour madrichim a lot and they're doing a fantastic job! It seems like everyone on Tour is having a fantastic time and the rest of the office team and I are very jealous!

Shorashim starts in just under two weeks with pre-camp beginning on Monday. This is when the madrichim get together to finish planning the event, run through everything that's happening and make all the kishut (equipment) that makes camp so special. Sam and the rest of the tzevet are really excited about the event and can't wait for it to start.

Mikey's here planning Atid which leaves in 9 days time. This year, 25 chanichim are returning to Israel on our second-timers' programme. It's an amazing two-week experience which I had the great privilege and honour of leading two years ago. With 129 people on Tour this year, the demand for Atid looks set to rise again and who knows - we might need to run more than one second-timers' programme next year.

As well as all of this, we're also planning for ETC and DLTC - our leadership training courses which are taking place next month, as well as National Veida where you, our members, come together to make changes to YOUR movement.
