About the Event
BBYO's Leadership Training Conference, also known as Chapter Leadership Training Conference (CLTC), is BBYO’s premier, hands-on leadership experience for all BBYO members or newcomers either looking to further their leadership skills or planning on running for election at local, national, or international level.
At the conference, you’ll participate in a close-knit group of your peers, and together you’ll develop your leadership capabilities and build a network of lifelong friends, as you explore skills that can be directly applied to real-world situations, and we’ll even teach you how!
You’ll also get a chance to hear about each of the elected positions within BBYO and take part in a series of conference-style workshops that you’ll be able to hand-pick. On top of all that, you’ll have the opportunity to explore connections to your Jewish heritage and the world around you.
