One of BBYO's ideologies is Peer-Leadership - teens run events for teens!

BBYO's peer leadership empowers teens to develop practical skills such as public speaking, programme planning and managing responsibilities. 

​

You are NOT required to be on Chapter or National Exec to develop these skills within the movement - in fact, many of our Tzevet and Bogrim come to BBYO with little to no leadership experience!

​

We want to give all teens the opportunity to lead programmes, events and residentials, even if they are older than the member age!​

​

We appreciate your support as the movement grows and would love to see as many Bogrim applications for our summer programmes including Shorashim and Trek!
